Everyday Drugstore Makeup Look! (Using NEW Drugstore Products!)

Look For Less!

Everyday Drugstore Makeup Look!

I wanted to share with you my everyday look using only drugstore products! :-) All of these products are NEW at the drugstore and I'm been pretty much obsessed with them! Let's get into it!

Face

Primer- I used the Milani Prime Perfection Face Primer which is Hydrating + Pore Minimizing. It's so amazing and I definetely notice a difference when it comes to my pores. It makes my foundation look smoother and the hydration factor is a plus! It's $9.99 :-)
I also used the NYX First Base Primer Spray before the Milani primer just to prep and refresh my face a bit. I find that it helps with extending the wear of my makeup. This is $7.99!

Foundation- I've been loving the L'Oreal True Match Lumi Cushion Foundation for my everyday looks because it's so easy and quick to use! It's so skin like but brace yourself for the price... $16.99! Make sure you have a coupon for this one, haha.

Powder- If you haven't tried the Maybelline Face Studio Master Fix Setting + Perfecting Loose Powder you are definetely missing out! It's so finely milled and sets your foundation into place. It also helps with the wear time! It's $9.99.

Eyes

Eye Primer- I used the bh Cosmetics Smooth Canvas  Long Wear Shadow Primer in Malt which is a great shade to neutralize the lid. It's a great formula and makes any shadow last! It's only $7.00 right now on bhcosmetics.com

Eyeshadow- I used the NEW Covergirl Roses TruNaked Eye Shadow Palette which is such a great drugstore palette! I own the entire collection but this one is my favorite. They shadows are buttery and it's only $11.99!

Mascara- I stuck with Covergirl and used the NEW Lashblast Plumpify Mascara! The wand is enormous but it gives me so much volume and holds a curl so well. Since I also wanted some length I used the Milani Length in Seconds Lash Extension Fibers which is also pretty amazing! The mascara is $11.99 and the fiber one is $8.99.

Lips
Last but not least I used the Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lip Color in Seduction. I love this formula! It's matte yet so moisturizing and super longwearing! This lippie is only $8.99!

Dupe Alert: Drugstore Dupe Of Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Lolita!

Lolita For Less!

Drugstore Dupe Of Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Lolita
Hey everyone! Today I  wanted to share another dupe for Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Lolita! I have a previous post full of other drugstore alternatives here so make sure to check it out! That post had a few options for a similar colors without any emphasis on the formula. I'm pretty stoked about this post because I found a product that's similar in shade and formula! :-) Let's get into it!
Drugstore Dupe Of Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Lolita
So the spot on dupe I have to share with you is the NYX Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick in Soft-Spoken! It's a newer release from NYX and it's only $7 while Lolita is $20 (great deal huh?) They're both that 90's pinky brown that has become so popular. They're both a matte finish and pretty longwearing. Now, Lolita is unbeatable when it comes to lasting power because it's the truest of mattes. Soft-Spoken is a matte finish that actually doesn't set completely, weird I know! It stays the slightest bit tacky which makes it more comfortable if you suffer from dry lips.
Drugstore Dupe Of Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Lolita
Here are the lip swatches! On the lips you can't tell a difference. Matte formulas can be harsh on the lips so depending on the day I wear one or the other. If you wan't something that doesn't move get the original. If you have dry lips and don't mind a bit of tackiness Soft-Spoken is a great option! Why pay more if you can get it for less? :-)

Review: NYX High Definition Blushes! (Intuition & Electro!)

NEW From NYX!

NYX High Definition Blushes! (Intuition & Electro!)
I tend to accumulate tons of NYX products because they are such amazing quality at a great price! Hands down one of my favorite drugstore brands :-) I'm a self proclaimed blush hoarder (haha) so when the NEW NYX High Definition Blushes released I wanted them all... but then I came into my senses and only picked two. I've had these for about a month so I've given them a fair chance and here are my thoughts!
NYX High Definition Blushes! (Intuition & Electro!)
They retail for $6.50 so just a little bit more than their original powder blushes. There's a few finishes in the line, I went with a shimmer blush and a matte one just to test the waters. The color range is very extensive with a few new shades and other reformulated ones (like Taupe) from the original line.
NYX High Definition Blushes! (Intuition & Electro!)
Packaging is everything on these! They are super slim and pretty adorable with the bow detail, love it! I love how large the pan is, makes it simple to get your brush in there without a problem. I wanted so bad to love these but the formula is so smooth to the point of being powdery and crumbly. I experienced that more with the shimmer blush, powder was everywhere! It was a huge turn off, I hate the mess and it just gets everywhere... annoying. The matte blush wasn't too bad. It went on nicely and lasted all day! I do give them that, once they're on they don't budge.
NYX High Definition Blushes! (Intuition & Electro!)
*Intuition- a pink with golden shimmers, beautiful color but awful formula. Once on it's OK but I wouldn't pick this color over my other blushes. The mess is too much in my opinion. But if you're looking for a similar color to Nars Orgasm this one is pretty close!
*Electro- a bright matte fuchsia shade, really pretty and vibrant! The formula was better with this one, not so much fall out. The pigmentation is great but keep in mind that a little goes a long way!

Bottom line: I had high hopes but I'm not loving these blushes. I highly recommend the $5 powder blushes over these because they're easier to work with. I can't see past the fact that they crumble easily. Ugh.... I wish it were different because the packaging is definetely an upgrade! :-)

Swatches: NYX Wicked Lippies!

Jewel-toned Lipsticks!

Swatches: NYX Wicked Lippies!
NYX has knocked it out of the park once again! They recently released a new collection of lipsticks called the "Wicked Lippies" and they are pretty out there. It's a line full of stunning metallic jewel tones, something I haven't seen done by a drugstore brand! It's pretty exciting because the other day I was lusting over the metallic shades Kat Von D released in the Studded Lipstick line but purchasing more than one gets really expensive super quick. Now I can get similar colors for only $6 each, such a great deal!
Swatches: NYX Wicked Lippies!
The line comes with a total of 12 gorgeous shades and I decided to test out three of them. The packaging is like they're matte line, just a glossy tube instead. The colors in this line are so unique! There's a few blues, purples... even a charcoal, yup very different! haha. I ordered mine directly from the NYX website but you should be able to find them at your local Ulta. The finishes vary within the line from pearl, shimmer, and metallic.
Swatches: NYX Wicked Lippies!
Here are some swatches! You can kinda see a difference in pigmentation. I did notice that the color payoff was different depending on the finish but it was workable.
Here are the lip swatches:
NYX Wicked Lippie in Betrayal
*Betrayal- a deep vampy purple with a  pearl finish, , my favorite! It's so stunning! I would rock this everyday if I could haha. This one doesn't have shimmer so it went so smooth and the pigmentation was great!
NYX Wicked Lippie in Power
*Power- a metallic rose with silver shimmer, the most wearable color from the entire line. I love the color and it feels really comfortable on even with the shimmers.
NYX Wicked Lippie in Envy
*Envy- a metallic royal blue with silver shimmer, this one was my least favorite. It ended up looking really patchy. The shimmers actually settled into the fine lines of my lips. This one would be a pass.

Bottom line: Two out the three I chose were amazing! Those are some great odds haha, makes me want to try out a few other colors. Betrayal is breathtaking, I just love it! The line is such a cool idea! Just remember that the formula isn't going to be longwearing, 2-3 hours at most. But for a night out I would rock them without a doubt. If you've tried some of the Wicked Lippies leave me a comment below with your favorites! :-)

Review: NYX Simply Vamp Lip Creams!

Vampires Beware!

NYX Simply Vamp Lip Creams
It seems like I just can't get enough of the jumbo lip pencils! Every time I see new ones being released I just gravitate towards them because of how convenient they are. Not every brand can perfect the jumbo lip pencil formula, I've tried some great ones and some that I wish I would've returned. But that's the beauty of makeup, it's all trial and error! ;-)
NYX released four intriguing lines of color families with a wide range of shades in each line that would suite so many skin tones! Being that we're in fall it was only right to try out the Simply Vamp Lip Creams first. There's a total of six shades in the line, I purchased two and here are the lip swatches:
NYX Simply Vamp Lip Creams
*Temptress- a deep royal purple, such a gorgeous shade! Lives up to the "vampy" name! It's nicely pigmented and that color is very unique.
*Aphrodisiac- a light brown plum, another different color, really pretty! This one needed to be layered to get the full effect, but beautiful nonetheless!

These are only $6.50 which is a great price! I previously reviewed the NYX Chunky Dunk Hydrating Lippies which were good but not my favorite chubby pencil. Rest assure that these are a step up from those! The formula is amazing, more on the matte side but not drying! They kinda remind me of the Maybelline Creamy Matte Lipsticks but with longer lasting power and... cooler shades!

Bottom line: These are pretty cool lip products! The formula is amazing, you just need to make sure that your lips are dry so it adheres better. I'd say the lasting power is about 4-5 hours which is pretty good. Count on NYX to make some out of the box colors and formulas! Winged liner and these colors will make the perfect fall combo! :-)

Review: NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams!

Matte But Never Drying!

NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams
Ulta recently had an awesome sale on their NYX products, 40% off the entire line and I took advantage! I had my eye on these NYX Soft Mate Lip Creams for a while now so I picked up these two for an amazing price! These normally retail for $6 and come in 22 beautiful shades. The NYX site claims that these are neither a lipstick nor a gloss which is right on point. I couldn't come up with a way to describe them because its such a unique formula! Its truly a creamy consistency with great pigmentation that dries to a completely matte finish.
NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams
Application is super smooth and easy with the doe foot applicator. The formula seems to be on the thicker side at first glance but it's really a thin consistency once on. It's super comfortable and what really surprised me is that it doesn't dry out your lips one bit! Your lips stay moisturized and feeling amazing throughout the day. They do emphasize fine lines and such (not too much though!) but the formula doesn't make it worse like other lip products do. Another great thing about these is once they set they don't move! That makes them last a good 4 hours before you need to touch up.
NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams
These smell so yummy and sweet like... cheesecake! haha. It's definitely more noticeable than the NYX Butter Glosses so if you're sensitive to sweet scents you've been warned! Here are the lip swatches:
NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams
*Antwerp-  a midtone pink with a hint of coral, really pretty!
*Prague- a bright magenta/berry color, reminds me of a more wearable version of Mac's Rebel!

Bottom line: This is an amazing product! The formula is an A+ and the color range is gorgeous! For a night out this would be perfect because it stays on. I'm cant wait for another sale to pick up some other colors! The selling point for me is the fact that your lips stay moisturized throughout the day. So if you've been wanting to try out the matte look this product is the way to go! :-)

Review: NYX Baked Blushes!

Glowing Cheeks!

NYX Baked Blushes
Yes... more blush! haha but these are baked so I had to try them out! ;-) I'm a blush fanatic so I love purchasing different colors and finishes to add to my collection. The NYX Baked Blushes retail for $7 but I purchased them during a 30% off sale so it was the perfect time to try them out! There's a total of 12 colors in the line from lighter shades that can be used as highlighters and darker ones that serve as blushes. The color range is pretty nice too!
NYX Baked Blushes
When I first received these I was surprised by how tiny they were! For some reason I thought the packaging would be bulkier but they are very compact. Plus they have the cute little bow as a clasp, just adorable! The NYX site claims that these are baked to sheer perfection to provide a natural glow and I must agree! If you're expecting a really pigmented blush like the Milani Baked Blushes then these aren't for you. They give your cheeks a subtle color and luminous sheen that looks really pretty. Now, the site does say you can use these wet for a more intense color but I haven't tried them that way. I just recommend to apply these before your foundation fully sets so it has something to adhere to thus providing more color. Here are the swatches:
NYX Baked Blushes
*Journey- a soft pink, very muted but still provides that pretty glow!
*Foreplay- a brighter pink with gold shimmer, really pretty! It actually leans more coral on the cheeks.
*Ignite- a muted orange and my favorite from the bunch! Looks gorgeous on the cheeks and since its sheer it's fool proof to apply.

Bottom line: I think these blushes are great! When wearing these you can skip a highlight since they are baked so it's dual purpose product. They blend really well on the skin and the color is buildable but not as opaque as the Milani ones( but... sometimes you don't want a super pigmented blush!) The price point is great so overall I really like these! These would be perfect to wear when you go all out on your eye look because they don't compete with the rest of your look. If you've been wanting to give them a try I say go for it! :-)

Review: The Suede Shadow Palette By NYX! ( Limited Edition!)

Limited Edition Palette!

The Suede Shadow Palette By NYX
I'm a huge fan of the NYX Cosmetics shadows! While looking around on their site I noticed they had a new palette called The Suede Shadow Palette and the colors seemed so beautiful...kinda reminded me of fall which is my favorite season. I then noticed it was limited edition so I placed my order immediately haha. I love how affordable it was at $12, plus I used the coupon code Welcome25 for 25% off! Here's a close up of the colors:
The Suede Shadow Palette By NYX
The colors are simply gorgeous! Lots of jewel tones and cool toned neutrals, a great mix of colors! Now most of these colors are metallic and a few have some flecks of shimmer in them, so no mattes which is a con. Its not a complete palette in that sense but the colors are worth it! Another con is the packaging... is a super lightweight cardboard that honestly feels cheap. But... the product is great so I guess I can overlook that haha. All the shades are smooth and highly pigmented. Here are the swatches:
The Suede Shadow Palette By NYX
I wished the colors were named to make it easier to pick it up in single form so that's a bummer. My favorite colors are the 2nd and 4th one on the top row and the 3rd one on the bottom row. They would all make amazing lid shades! There wasn't much fallout and the colors didn't fade throughout the day.
Here's a look that I came up with! It's wearable smokey eye for the daytime.
The Suede Shadow Palette By NYX
Bottom line: If you're a metallic lover than this palette is a must have! I have the Cargo "Let's Meet in Paris" Eye Palette which was released during the holiday season and was also limited edition, this one seems to be dupe for it! It has many similar colors and finishes so if that was a palette you couldn't get before this one would be a great alternative!  If you're interested make sure to pick it up asap before its gone! :-)

Review: NYX Cosmetics Dream Catcher Palette in Dusk Til Dawn!

Another Neutral Palette?

NYX Cosmetics Dream Catcher Palette in Dusk Til Dawn
I love NYX lip products but I've never given their shadows a chance. I've heard great things about their single shadows but you know my love for palettes haha. The NYX site has many palettes to choose from. From the Dream Catcher line I decided to test out the one called Dusk Til Dawn. It retails for $15 which is a great price for the amount of shadows that you get! The colors were more in the rose and bronze color family which initially reminded me of the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette. I don't own that one but this seems to be a great alternative! :-)
NYX Cosmetics Dream Catcher Palette in Dusk Til Dawn
I'm really impressed with the quality of this palette! All the shadows were super smooth to the touch and had great pigmentation! I love how quick and simple it is to come up with a look. There's certain palettes that you just stare at with "???" in your eyes because the colors just don't work well together but this palette is the complete opposite. It took one glance and I knew exactly the look I wanted! Here's a close up of the colors:
NYX Cosmetics Dream Catcher Palette in Dusk Til Dawn
These colors remind me so much of the Naked 3 palette especially the first color! Its a dark brown/violet shade with pink shimmers just like the shade in the Naked 3. All the shades are beautiful and will leave you looking like a bronzed goddess! I've used these both wet and dry and had no issues. Here are the swatches with primer:
NYX Cosmetics Dream Catcher Palette in Dusk Til Dawn
Gorgeous! The last shades in each row are matte which is great! The third shade on the first row makes a great highlight. It's a well rounded palette! Oh btw: I had no idea that you can slide the shadow tray to the right and a mirror plus applicator appears underneath! Such a cool idea without making the palette too bulky.

Bottom line: I really like this palette! I can see myself using this on a daily basis because of its simplicity. I love palettes that bring out my creative side and I feel like this palette does that. With one glance... BOOM! I know exactly the look I want to go for. These shadows are so silky and provide great color payoff. I really have no complaints... well it is hard to open haha but other than that its amazing! :-)

Review: NYX Chunky Dunk Hydrating Lippie!

NYX's Newest Lip Product!

NYX Chunky Dunk Hydrating Lippie
The Jumbo Lip Balms have struck again! NYX recently released they version of them, called the Chunky Dunk Hydrating Lippie... how cute is that name!? Haha. They currently have 12 shades to choose from, from nudes all the way to berries. The site claims that these will give you sheer wash of color that is buildable. Out of all the jumbo lip balms I've tried (which is a lot!) these were one of the most sheer. I love color and vibrant lip products so with that said these weren't my personal favorite. I can see how many would like'em though because they are perfect for minimal makeup looks.
These retail for $6 each, I managed to get 25% off with the coupon code Welcome25 when I placed my order online so it wasn't too bad. The color payoff within the ones that I purchased wasn't consistent. I was surprised to find that the nude and berry were more pigmented than the pink one. They are hydrating so I do give them that! Your lips will feel amazing after using these. My issue with that is these are really creamy, so even though they're hydrating they move around and just rub off easily. The tip of the nude shade broke off as soon as I swatched it, I just tried to put it back together for the picture above haha. So sometimes a creamy product isn't always the best. Other than that, these are pretty good for just a wash of color. The berry shade was the only one that was buildable which is expected for being a darker color. Here are the swatches:
NYX Chunky Dunk Hydrating Lippie
From left to right:
*Peach Fuzzy- a nude with peach tones, the creamiest of the bunch which you can tell by swatch haha. Goes on smooth and looks amazing with natural and smoked out looks!
*Watermelon Cooler-  a rose pink, my least favorite from the bunch. It's too close to my lip color so it really just gave off a shine and that's it.
*Berry Mojito- a fuchsia pink with berry tones, this one wasn't too opaque at first. It took a few swipes to get it to look like the tube. But I love colors like these so I'll be using it quite often!
Here are the lip swatches:
NYX Chunky Dunk Hydrating Lippie
These aren't meant to be balms or stains so they don't have any menthol scent/taste. The glossy finish is something I really like about these, most Jumbo Lip Balms don't leave this type of shine behind. They last about 2 hours before you have to reapply.

Bottom line: If you're wanting something sheer that is low maintenance than this product is for you! I personally prefer bright colors that are opaque in just 1-2 swipes. Don't get me wrong, for work and days that I don't want to look too done up I will use Peach Fuzzy or Watermelon Cooler. I like the fact that I can use these on the go without having to use a mirror. So it has its pros and cons. Since the Butter Glosses and Lipsticks were so raved about (well deserved I might add!) I thought this would be similar but it's not. I don't plan on repurchasing any other shades, I'm content with the 3 I have. :-)

Must Haves: Top 5 Concealers!

Cover Up Dark Circles & Blemishes!

Top 5 Concealers
Concealer is one of the products that I MUST have, once I run out I rush to my nearest drugstore to get more. I suffer from really dark under eye circles so concealer is my best friend. I wouldn't mind leaving the house with a bare face unless I wear a bit of concealer. Now that we've established how important this product is to me (haha!) I wanted to share my Top 5 Concealers that have helped me a lot throughout the years. Whether its dark circles or blemishes taking over my face these have performed so well at covering my imperfections. It's the best way to get that boost of confidence to face the world! :-)
Top 5 Concealers
Mac Pro Longwear Concealer in NW20-  This is the best concealer to cover your dark circles! I tried so many concealers before but nothing compares to this one. And... it makes me twitch just saying it because it's pretty pricey, $19 each but totally worth it! Its a lightweight formula with full coverage which is why I love it. It covers you dark circles completely with looking like too much. I use my Beauty Blender sponge to apply it for a more natural look. They have a bunch of shades and undertones to choose from so you'll definitely find the right shade for you. It has a pump which is a HUGE plus but beware; lightly push down on the pump to get just enough concealer. If not, too much will come out and you'll end up wasting product.
Top 5 Concealers
NYX Concealer Wand in Light- This concealer is great for someone on a budget. It's medium to full coverage so it's the perfect formula for under eye circles. It's about $5 at your local drugstore and they also have a nice range of shades. It has a doe foot applicator so application is a breeze. It's not thick at all so you don't have to worry about it looking too obvious.
Top 5 Concealers
E.L.F Studio HD Lifting Concealer in Brightening- So here's a concealer that I use everyday! I recommend this one in a heartbeat! It's only $3(50% with a coupon code!) on eyeslipsface.com and it's the perfect concealer to make your under eyes looks bright. It's a creamy opaque yellow based concealer that counteracts dark spots/dark circles. I wouldn't recommend to use it alone because it doesn't provide enough coverage but it's the perfect topper to your daily concealer. I apply it on the area that's closest to the higher points of my cheeks and it works perfectly! It's a key point to my makeup routine!
Top 5 Concealers
CoverGirl truBLEND Concealer in Light 5 6 7- This is the perfect concealer to cover up redness! On days that I just want to use a powder foundation for a more natural look I use this concealer to cover up the redness around my nose. It also works for spot concealing any blemishes! It lasts all day too! I don't like to use it under my eyes because even though it's a creamy formula, it's on the drier side so it makes my eye area look like it needs some moisture. This one will cost you about $6-8 at your local drugstore.
Top 5 Concealers
L.A. Girl Pro Concealer in Natural-  L.A Girl is a very affordable brand so it never really crossed my mind to try their products before. Normally we associate cheap with bad but this concealer is really amazing! Its about $2-$3 at your local beauty supply store and has dozens of shades to choose from. It has a brush tip application which is perfect for control. You just squeeze out the right amount each time without having to worry about wasting product. It's also a light weight formula providing more of a medium coverage. It's the most creamy out of all the ones I mentioned and covers really well. It's comparable to a higher end concealer from Makeup Forever so definitely give this one a try!

So these are my Top 5 Concealers! If you have any other recommendations feel free to leave a comment down below!

Review: NYX Butter Lipsticks!

Smooth Delights!

NYX Butter Lipsticks
You guys know I'm in love with the NYX Butter Glosses (check out that review!) so I just had to try the NYX Butter Lipsticks! The glosses are amazing so I kinda purchased these with high expectations. The line has 22 shades ranging from nudes to brighter colors (my favorite!). Based on other reviews it was clear that the lighter shades weren't the best. They seem to be inconsistent in pigmentation and application so I stayed away from those. I love the colors that I chose, I didn't have any problems with them and they look beautiful on. These cost $6 each and can be found on Nyxcosmetics.com or Ulta.com.
NYX Butter Lipsticks

So there's a lot of things that make these lipsticks amazing. First off the packaging is super cute! The color of the tube is exactly what you get. I love how bright and festive they look, it's just something that you want to take with you everyday haha. Another great thing about these is that they are ridiculously smooth! Just like the name, they feel like butter. The pigmentation is awesome and formula of these just makes your lips look juicy... and who wouldn't want that?! I also enjoy the way the lipstick is shaped. It looks like any other lipstick but the point makes it so easy to fill in the shape of your lip perfectly without bleeding out the lines.  Here are some lip swatches and I'll go ahead and list the names below.

NYX Butter Lipsticks

From left to right:
*Sweet Tart- Medium pink, perfect for spring!
*Razzle- Bright Fuchsia
*Hunk- Berry violet, perfect for transitioning from winter to spring!
*Mary Janes- True red

Bottom line: I love these lipstick and would definitely recommend them! They are very moisturizing and have wonderful color payoff. My only complaint is that they don't have a smell. One of the things I loved about the Butter Glosses was the frosting cupcake smell but these don't have that. I was a little bummed but it's not a deal breaker. I personally would recommend the brighter, more vibrant colors because the lighter nudes didn't get the best reviews. Try them out, you will love them! :-)

Review: NYX Butter Gloss!

Smells Good Enough To Eat!

NYX Butter Glosses
Today I have an exciting review for you guys! I heard so many great things about the NYX Butter Glosses and I had to try them out. I purchased four colors (seen above) and let me tell you... these smell amazing! I know I know, I should worry about the color payoff but once you smell it you'll understand haha. These smell like cupcakes and frosting, makes me hungry just thinking about it. The packaging is also super adorable. The color of the tube matches the color of the gloss. On top of that they have really cute names, relating to sweets. The have a nice color selection and they actually came out with brand new colors recently that I'm excited to try. The gloss itself is super smooth and not tacky at all. Tackiness is one thing I avoid when buying lip glosses, I just don't like the feeling. The colors are all creamy (my favorite finish) with no shimmers. The formula is lightweight so you barely feel it on your lips once it's on!
NYX Butter Glosses
When you first apply the lip gloss you get a sheer wash of color. It is buildable though so you can apply more until you get the desired look. For me it lasts about 2-3 hours before you feel the need to reapply. It's super moisturizing and looks great layered over any lipstick. I'll leave the names below of the ones that I own and according to how they are swatched above.
*Crème Brulee- A natural/nude color (one of my favorites!)
*Cherry Pie- A true red
*Strawberry Parfait- A fuchsia
*Apple Strudel- A creamy peach

Bottom line: I'm a huge fan of these glosses! They are not the most pigmented glosses but they don't claim to be. The are definitely not liquid lipsticks that are now becoming popular in the drugstores so don't expect something like that. But if you're looking for the perfect gloss to layer over your favorite lipsticks I recommend these! You can find them on Nyxcosmetics.com or Ulta.com for $5. Ulta tends to have BOGO sales and the $3.50 off $10 coupon so if you wait you can get a really awesome deal! I recently ordered the Butter Lipsticks from the NYX website and I can't wait to try them out! Stay tuned for that review. :-)
